I started the morning off with a very chocolaty breakfast.
- 1/4 cup of steel cut oats
- 3/4 cup of water
- splash of milk
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate whey protein
- a sprinkling of chocolate chips, slivered almonds, and peanut butter puffins
- spoonful of almond butter
I try to reserve this treat for weekends and usually have it on a long run day. Brad and I have been super lazy this morning attempting to figure out how to set up my blog.
Actually, Brad has been working, I have been “working” on this blog, and Rascal has been competing for laziest dog of the year. He will sleep until lunch if not disturbed and groan if you try to move him. Ridiculous.
